Crimped screens

Crimped screens (they are often called screens with locks also) are applied to sieving of all types of bulks on fractions.

We produce crimped screens from a wear proof spring wire of German and Russian production.

Screens differ by a big net area and are an optimal solution for the most effective process of sorting when it is necessary to receive maximum productivity of the equipment. The principal feature of such screens is their high performance.

In case of the same cell size we can produce grids from wires of different diameter (for example, a cell of 10*10 mm from a wire of 2.5 /3.0 / 4.0 / 5.0 of mm).
We produce a broad range of screens with a rectangular cell.

The wide range of cells is permanently renewed by new items.
We produce non-standard grids on customer request.

Service life of a crimped screen depends not only on a wire which it is made of, but also from the correct mounting of the screen on the sieving machine, with use of a rubber profile for the support of the machine.
